Length of appointments
Sessions are 45 to 50 minutes long.
Insurance and fees
No referral is required. Federal Medicare assignment is accepted. We will file your claims with both Medicare and your supplemental insurance. For all other insurances, Dr. Chafetz is an out of network provider. Clients receive a detailed receipt containing all information needed by their insurance plan.
Cancellations
Clients are billed privately and in full for sessions that are missed or canceled without 24 hours advance notice.
