Appointments & Fees

Length of appointments

Sessions start promptly, and are 50 to 55 minutes long.

Insurance and fees

No referral is required.  Cash, Check, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo accepted. For insurances, Dr. Chafetz is an out-of-network provider.  Clients receive a detailed receipt containing all information needed by their insurance plan.

Cancellations

Clients are billed privately and in full for sessions that are missed or canceled without 24 hours advance notice.
